Client came to us to design an office for “INDIA NIVESH “which deals with stock broking, mutual funds and insurance. So basic concept in design was to reflect ups and downs of share market by graph that is always inclined or declined making inclination as iconic model for office.

For us office interior design is important as it directly impacts employee productivity, which directly affects your organization’s bottom line. Ideally we want a workplace that allows people to focus and concentrate whenever needed, and to collaborate and communicate whenever needed. We also want a workplace that is physically and mentally comfortable so that people can perform and function at their best. This is what today modern office design trends are striving to achieve is.

The structure was 35 yrs old. It is located at prime area and was without compound wall and with common entrance to residence and office. Compound wall designed with simplicity and elegance. The residential parking gate is remote operated as its road is having fast flowing traffic. Parking shade has been designed to accommodate client’s luxurious cars with span of 27 x 17 feet without any in between support. Teak wood battens are used in it to give shade and rich look with toughened glass on top.

Rustic brown tile used at the entrance lobby leads vertically surface to ceiling with relevant wallpaper at background emphasis the wall.

Dark brown Italian look vitrified tile with off white shade used with laminate for staff and veneer and corian for main cabin area. Dark brown tile band has extended vertically in reception and main table of client which gives connectivity to both the surfaces. Waiting area and staff working area is separated by a partition which intercept the cross partiton behind reception creates space for flower bed which brings liveliness and focus from top highlight the firm name as well.

Flooring , ceiling and furniture are in cross pattern and goes with the theme of office.

Fragmental geometry in furniture and flooring pattern breaks monotony of the linear spaces and add new dimension to the space. Workspace has become more lively and energetic due to smartly glorified back painted glass reflecting market graph.

Clients cabin is designed to meet the customer as well carry small meeting so remote operated projector and screen is used in it. Cabin is having a personal toilet so it is hide by wall panelling with rustic laminate enhance the back of cabin.
